Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday, in two different ways:

within ITALY territory

Standard order: 3-5 working days – Shipping cost will be automatically calculated by the system based on the location and type of shipping chosen by the customer

EU ORDERS:

EU standard shipping – Shipping cost will be automatically calculated by the system based on the location and type of shipping chosen by the customer

Returns

The customer is granted the right to withdraw from any contract concluded pursuant to these conditions of sale without any penalty, within the limit of 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the object; The date shown on the order confirmation email is full proof of receipt.

To make use of this right, the customer must send the RETURN FOR WITHDRAWAL form downloadable from here as an attachment (PDF format) to eddie@eplabsimracing.com, reporting in the subject of the email the words "return form for withdrawal of order no. XXXXXX (specify order number). address:

NB SHIPPING COSTS RELATED TO THE RETURN WILL BE PAID BY THE BUYER.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be validly exercised, the product must be intact (without any sign of use, abrasion, etc.) and complete with all accessories, packaging, tags and attachments. Otherwise, EPLAB may refuse to refund the return.

We therefore recommend that you carefully check the product before shipping it and pack it carefully.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure, personalized and/or particular.

It will be EPLAB's responsibility to verify the validity of the right of withdrawal upon receipt of the return, and to communicate the outcome of the product verification to the customer via email.

In case of positive verification, Racing Force will refund the entire amount paid by the buyer at the time of purchase, as soon as possible, using the payment method originally used.
